Terms of service

By booking transport or tours through Talu you agree to fair-use of our vehicles, on-time pickups, and the cancellation policy below. Pricing on this site is indicative and confirmed once you receive a WhatsApp quote from our team.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure. Between 24–72 hours: 30% of total. Under 24 hours: 50% of total.

Driver hours

Driver days are 10 active hours. Additional hours billed at KES 500/hour to keep our drivers rested and safe.

Liability

Talu maintains full PSV insurance on all vehicles. Personal items are travelled at your own risk.
